STUDENT DIRECTOR
Paid, Part-Time Role

Are you passionate about students, love Jesus, and want to help middle and high school students discover a faith of their own? Houston Church is looking for a Student Director to lead and develop our student ministry and create irresistible environments where students can connect with Jesus, their friends, and caring leaders.
This paid position ($18–$22/hour depending on experience, up to 25 hours a week) combines meaningful ministry leadership with the opportunity to build teams, develop student leaders, oversee weekly programming, and create a student ministry that students genuinely want to be part of.
You’ll help lead our Sunday student environments, recruit and develop volunteers, guide middle and high school small groups, and create experiences that help students prioritize their relationship with Jesus and personally live out their faith.
If you’re a strong communicator, relational leader, self-starter, and passionate about helping students follow Jesus, we’d love to talk with you.
